Good to Know
Nail Aftercare & Repair
If you experience a chipped, broken, or lost nail within 7 calendar days of your service (excluding fills/refills and regular polish services), please notify us promptly.
Email wynnnailsandspairvine@gmail.com with a photo of the affected nail(s), date & time of service, service type, and your name and phone number. Allow 24–48 hours for a response. Repairs are at management's discretion. After 7 days, a nominal fee applies.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for services rendered. If you have a concern, please notify us within the 7-day repair window and we will make it right.
Nail Art & Custom Designs
Please review and approve your final look before leaving the salon. Once you have exited, we cannot provide re-dos for custom nail art. Reference images are used as inspiration — exact replicas cannot be guaranteed.
Allergies & Skin Sensitivity
Please inform your technician of any sensitive skin, allergies, or medical conditions before your service begins. We cannot be held liable for adverse reactions from undisclosed conditions.
Appointments & Cancellations
Book ahead to secure your preferred time. Walk-ins welcome based on availability. Please give 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Pricing may vary — confirmed at time of service.
